It’s not the first time and this won’t be the last time you hear this. Diets are hard to stick to!  Thats why you see so many coming and going like the fads many of them are.  Instead nutritionists, personal trainers, and doctors advocate a healthy lifestyle.  Besides the fundamentals of getting enough sleep and being active, this means eating better.  So the question remains, if you had to pick one eating style to accomplish that what would it be?  The Mediterranean one is your answer and to even make the notion even more enticing you have to try my cooking! 🙂
